Welcome to SwanShirt. These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through our website, including ready-stock apparel and customised clothing.

SwanShirt is operated by SWANSHIRT PTE. LTD. 202641751R, with its registered address at 60 Paya Lebar Road, #06-21, Paya Lebar Square, Singapore 409051. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to this business.

Please read these terms before placing an order.

1. Orders

Please ensure that all order details are accurate, including product selection, sizes, quantities, customisation requirements, contact information and delivery address.

An automated order acknowledgement confirms that we have received your order. Your order is accepted when we send an order acceptance or dispatch confirmation.

If we cannot fulfil your order, we will inform you and refund any payment received for the unfulfilled items.

2. Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in [Currency]. Applicable taxes and delivery charges will be shown before you complete payment.

Full payment is required before an order is processed. For customised orders, production will begin only after full payment and approval of all required artwork and order specifications.

If a pricing or product information error affects your order, we will contact you before proceeding. You may accept the corrected details or cancel the affected items for a full refund.

3. Ready-Stock Apparel

Ready-stock items are subject to availability.

Please refer to the relevant product descriptions and size charts before ordering. Measurements may vary within any tolerances disclosed on the product page.

Product photographs are for reference. Screen settings and lighting may affect how colours appear, but products must still match their description and any expressly agreed specifications.

4. Customised Apparel

For customised orders, you are responsible for checking and approving the final artwork and order specifications, including:

- Design, spelling, names and numbers.

- Garment style, colour, sizes and quantities.

- Printing or embroidery method.

- Design placement and dimensions.

We will produce customised items according to the approved specifications and any agreed production tolerances.

Digital mock-ups illustrate the intended design. Any material limitations or expected variations in colour, placement or finish will be communicated before approval.

If we produce an item incorrectly or fail to follow the approved specifications, please contact us so we can assess and resolve the issue.

5. Customer Artwork

You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, any artwork, logos, images or text supplied for your order.

You grant SwanShirt permission to use those materials solely to prepare and fulfil your order.

We may decline requests involving unlawful content or materials that we reasonably believe infringe another party’s rights.

6. Order Changes and Cancellations

Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to change or cancel an order.

Any additional charges for requested changes will be communicated for your approval before we proceed.

These policies do not limit your rights where goods are defective, incorrectly supplied or otherwise fail to meet applicable legal requirements.

7. Production and Delivery

Estimated production and delivery times will be provided on the website or in your order confirmation. Unless expressly agreed in writing, these dates are estimates.

For customised orders, production lead times begin after full payment and approval of all required artwork and specifications.

Please tell us before ordering if you require delivery by a particular date. A deadline is binding only if we expressly accept it in writing.

If a delay occurs, we will communicate the revised timing and discuss an appropriate resolution. Additional delivery costs caused by an incorrect address or a requested redelivery will be communicated before being charged.

8. Returns, Exchanges and Faulty Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact hello@swanshirt.shop as soon as reasonably possible with your order number, a description of the issue and supporting photographs where available.

We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy under applicable law, which may include repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund.

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts any statutory consumer rights.

9. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

We will initiate refunds within 7 business days after approval. Your payment provider may require additional time to credit the funds.

10. Garment Care

Please follow the care instructions supplied with your garments.

Damage caused by improper washing, drying, ironing, alteration or misuse is not a manufacturing defect. This does not affect claims relating to an underlying defect or incorrect care instructions supplied by us.

11. Privacy

Personal information collected when you browse our website or place an order is handled in accordance with our https://swanshirt.online/privacy-policy.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version presented when you place your order will apply to that order, unless a change is required by law or agreed with you.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes may be brought before the courts of Singapore, subject to any mandatory rights or dispute resolution procedures available under applicable law.
